Digital or Written Consultations
Once a written or digital consultation (e.g., tank plan, aquascape design, stocking recommendation document) has been delivered, all sales are final, as the work is custom and created specifically for your aquarium.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only when:
AQUAintuition must cancel your consultation due to an emergency or unexpected conflict
A duplicate payment or technical billing error occurs
If you are completely unsatisfied with your consultation. We strive to make your experience with us fun and joyful!
